However, if you want a space that is built to last for years, withstand Wisconsin weather, keep your cat safe and your home free of bugs and pests, compliments your home and adds value, and can also be used and enjoyed by you...that's where we come in. We build human-grade structures for cats and the people who love them.
DUE DILIGENCE
Coming from Home Improvement, I will add to be leary of Catio companies out there who market to all 50 states. These out of state companies hire local sub-contractors, usually never having worked with them before and who have never built a Catio. If you go this route, do your due diligence. It's common in the sub world for the business to blame the builder or the builder to blame the business when something goes wrong. I've also seen subs not complete jobs all together. Finally, do they even LOVE cats? LOL

Our Catios are proudly and meticulously made to order by Alvin, our Wisconsin Amish builder, using only Amish-sourced materials. They're built completely by hand using Amish craftsmanship and techniques, no electricity! Our designs and plans are exclusive to Cat Sass Catios LLC and each one is built specifically for YOU.
If you have a specific style, size, even shape in mind, we can probably make it happen as long as it stays on brand for Cat Sass and meets our current level of quality.

We build to human standards with cats in mind. We adhere to the same standards found in home builds using the same quality materials. We use special screening, treated lumber, joists, headers, and solid roofing.

Cats love a clean space, wherever they hang out. Our floors are washable and waterproof allowing you to sweep and mop. We also seal the entire catio so that bugs and pests can't get from the outside, into the catio, then into your home.
